PHX ATCT Operations

Under 'normal' operations at PHX, does the TWR split their frequencies between 8/26 and the 7/25s during parallel operations?

They do have 2 frequencies listed under the tower (120.9/118.7) Ground also has two, I would guess it depends on which route they are taking to runway. The airport has to switch half way through the day for Tempe, so I assume thats why the multiple frequencies as well?

Yes. It will combine the north and south positions during lighter traffic periods.
