If it's for the airline in question, you can often just send it with another plane. We often have some random parts box in the cockpit closet.

I can tell that we payed around 150$ for a box size like an laptop from western Europe to eastern Europe. Weight was below 2kg.

All depends. Can be free (shipping on your own carrier) or super expensive (Having someone courier the part, in hand or checked, from overseas on a commercial flight)
Very minor small electrical components/o-rings/bolts etc. get extremely expensive when they're coming from overseas and you need them 4 hours ago. Often the quickest option can be to have a courier carry them and book a flight to the AOG station, as you're then paying their fee, whatever that is, plus the cost of last minute airfare.

Well, it all depends. What are you shipping? Where are you shipping from? Where are you shipping to? Is there regular airline scheduled service? Will there be a courier involved at either end, or through the whole trip? Customs issues?

like a pack

An entire pneumatic air-conditioning kit (PACK)? The heat exchangers, the ACM, the ducts, pipes and lines, the valves and sensors? Everything? Come on man. You'd be sending a component. Most valves and sensors can probably move counter-to-counter. Heat exchangers, ACMs and larger ducts will need to move freight, may still be on the same aircraft, but handled differently.

Again, what and where?

There is also the cost associated with when you need the part and whom you get it from. There are companies that specialize in aircraft parts and AOG shipments. On weekends and especially holidays, they have people on call to expedite an order but you pay a surcharge for this above the normal costs. I work at IND for FedEx and have seen parts come in on chartered Lear jets from the west coast. Can't say what that would cost. Also, what some may not know is that airlines will lease parts from each other. There are parts leased out that cost tens of thousands of dollars a week and they must be returned in serviceable condition to the owner. If you want to fly the big jets, you have to spend big jet money.

Ship it Sterling, very expensive, but guaranteed delivery, even hand carry service.

Do you know around how much it typically costs to ship a part?

Depends on the service and part. Hand carried by courier is the most expensive, counter-to-counter with an agent is probably the least. The last bill I saw was for the later service, IIRC, about $1700 for a fan air pre-cooler heat exchanger, ORD-DXB.

It's not that expensive, when I worked for a night freight company years ago we used Delta "DASH" and United SPD (Small Package Dispatch) Can't tell you how many times they saved us..

Not to be rude, but how much is cost to ship what, from where, to where, with what transit time? The more specific your question, the better your answers will be.
AOG? A part for it? An engine, or a beacon? Needs to be operational by when?

Your question reads like... guess what I want to ship?
