While looking at the KL A310 on the front page today I started wondering at which airport one was able to see the largest variation of A310 operators during the aircraft's heydays. I would assume somewhere in Continental Europe as AF, KL, LH, SR and OS all had them in their fleets.
Anyone has some insights and maybe also some pictures of multiple (airline) A310 in one frame?

The best places to find agglomerates of Airbus 310 back in the 1980s-90s were obviously the home bases of its biggest operators. These were Singapore Airlines (23) at SIN, Lufthansa (20) at FRA, PanAm (18) probably at JFK, Pakistan International (14) at Islamabad, Air France (11) at CDG, Middle East Airlines (10) at Beirut, KLM (10) at Schiphol, Swiss (9) at ZRH and GVA.
My guess for the best place to see various operators of the A310 is probably JFK, as the A310, especially the later -300 variant was the most practical and cost effective way for smaller airlines to open transatlantic services. JFK was the first "go-to" airport for these operators.

I would say LHR had a huge variety as well. AF,KL,LH,SR,TK,PA,KQ,CY,KU,WT,RJ,TP to name a few.

the most A310s MEA had at the same time was 3. Never 10. Besides, until the late 2000's, BEY wasn't able to handle 10 A310s.
