Non-US Multi Airport City Crew Bases

For the US Legacy carriers with crew in metro areas with two or more airports, crews may be be required to cover multiple airports. For instance NYC crews for UA, AA and DL may begin their trips in LGA, EWR or JFK and reserves are required to be able to cover trips at all airports. Same for LAX (LAX, ONT, SNA, BUR), SFO (SFO, SJC, OAK). Contractually there are similar provisions for ORD (ORD, MDW), IAH (IAH, HOU) and DFW (DFW, DAL) although there are no carriers that have crew bases in those cites that fly to both airports. My question is, would a BA 320 pilot be required to fly trips out of LCY, LHR and LGW or are crews airport specific? Obviously question goes for, Tokyo, Paris, Istanbul, Bangkok, etc., as well.

There are BA pilots based at LHR who go to LGW to fly 772s and to LCY to fly the 318.

A very specific case, but back in 2016-2018 when Air Iceland Connect operated flights from KEF to ABZ/BHD for Icelandair, the pilots operating those flights were obviously also part of the regular domestic/Greenland RKV rotations.

Both Latam and Gol have a Sao Paulo
base that serves CGH and GRU.
