How to distinguish the following engines by the appearance( on wing condition)
They are all equiped with A320 family.
PW6000(A318 ONLY),
CFM56-5A/B,
LEAP-1A,
PW1100G

Fan size is much bigger on the latter 2, so you should be able to distinguish between them and CFM56 by proportion.
Between the V2500 and CFM56, though, it's harder. The nacelles probably look a bit different in detail. And between Leap and PW1100, you can probably also distinguish by a detailed look at the nacelle, but i expect it's small differences.
The PW6000 basically doesn't exist, forget about it. They sold about 3. Heck Airbus only sold about 12 A318s. There's a thread discussing it.

Integrated mixer/full-length nacelle: PW6000 or IAE V2500. The 2500 is a bigger engine, but you can look at the plane length to know which one it is (318->PW, 319/20/21->2500).
Short duct, no cone in exhaust: CFM56-5 (the 5B is slightly longer, but it's hard to see)
Big fan and BP duct, cone in exhaust: PW1000G or LEAP. From the front, the LEAP has two bulges at the 4 o-clock position, from other angles they're tougher to tell apart.

Easy, the PW 1100G is the one parked with the tow bar attached and techs looking at it. The others have all gone flying.

Actually the PW1100G is the one where the engine cowls are empty, and the windows and tires are all taped over for long term storage.

I have found a difference between leap-1a and pw1100G.
There is a tube in the middle of the rear exhaust cone of LEAP-1A, but PW1100G doesn’t.
