Judging from those, I'd say they're definitely round and not oval shaped.
When it comes to the original Boeing 727, the oval shape of the number two engine is quite prominent. I don't see that here with the Convair.

That was a TWA issue during the 1967,68 time period as I recall. There were about five versions of this and the were issued to the TWA Hostess when they checked in for their tripss on certain market segments as I recall. The NY Pentouse version was pretty flammable so they wound upt discarding the whole concept..Thank God. I wass married to a TWA Hostess at the time learned a few new swear words during this period.
