Typical type cert revocation contractual language?

So what does the language in a typical aircraft purchase/sale agreement look like with respect to revocation of an aircraft model’s type cert after the type has entered service? Does the purchaser typically have some sort of standard contractual recourse?

Actually… how long is the typical warranty term? Greenleaf for items corrected under warranty? Serial defects are covered?

Just curious…
