So with a full pax load of about 28t does that leave any room for cargo payload? Unfortunately I am unable to find good numbers for a realistic OEW.

I can’t find an actual OEW for a specific MSN airframe, but 131 000kg should be in the ballpark. So with 28 000kg pax load you should be able to take about 11 000kg belly payload.
