C-check uses stamps. Line maint. would still require a pen for signing the logbook.

When we have signed the paper log book we enter the details into our SAP computor. We have to use an electronic signature there, a six digit pass word really.

Electronic tech logs are being used more commonly now, ive known a few airlines that use them, '' toughbook '' seems to ring a bell as a name, have to be careful with monitoring out of phases though as for example, you cant sign a daily before 12 !! not that you would of course !

What's the rule about electronic signoff on weight and balance ? Is there any rule ?
