Hi --

Just went into KORD a few times recently and noticed what seemed to be an extremely displaced threshold on rwy 28, perhaps due to construction.

It's not on the NACO / FAA charts; anyone know what the deal is?

There was even a general POSBD (Company Notam) at United which gave all the info for runway 28 during this time. They wanted to make sure all the line guys knew whats what.

IIRC, the threshold crossing height is 75 feet right now.
