Actually I think you're asking how they're scheduled. It's no different than most pax carriers. Layovers are based on required legal rest time and/or next flight scheduled in the crews trip pairing. Can be as little as 12 hrs or as long as 3-4 days.

We don't have a set schedule so when we get somewhere, we could be there a minimum 8 hours or 16 days, just depends on when we get a trip. It's a lot of fun when you are in an exotic destination like ELP, MCI or LRD.

Heck yeah. We've just been passing through for customs the last few months but luckily we started using our noggins and use the sat phone to order ahead now and have the FBO get it! It's not the same as going there of course, but if there's a will, there's a way!
