New SIDs/ STARs For YYZ?

I came across this article today:

"Ron Singer, NAV’s media relations manager, confirms that changes to the arrival and departure procedures for Toronto Pearson were implemented on February 9, but added that flight altitudes remain the same. "

So what has changed at YYZ? Are the standard RNAV /GNSS approached like SIMCOE, MANS and LINNG still active or has YYZ changed to a completely different approach routing?

Are the SID's the same, or have they gone towards a more GPS/ RNAV Transition routing for departures?
