I came across this article today:

So what has changed at
YYZ? Are the standard RNAV /GNSS approached like SIMCOE, MANS and LINNG still active or has
YYZ changed to a completely different approach routing?
Are the
SID's the same, or have they gone towards a more GPS/ RNAV Transition routing for departures?
