I used to watch the hour-long episodes of Wings religiously, from about 1991 to 1992. And I learned a lot about civil and military aviation from those episodes. Yet, I’ve never seen the series on DVD, much less digitized, and that makes me sad. All I can find are some occasional VHS tapes that pop up from time to time on Amazon or eBay.
Who owns the rights to the show? I would happily purchase all of the episodes on DVD, or digitally, if I could.
