CX 744 mock up

Mon Feb 11, 2019 2:38 am

Hi everyone. I saved the entire first class cabin of CX 744 B-HUI by purchasing it in Bruntingthorpe and shipping it to MNL in two containers. After more than a year, most of the cabin is in place but I need technical assistance getting the seats to recline electrically and adapting the ptvs to work on the ground. Can anyone knowledgeable volunteer?

You probably need a 24 VDC power source for the seats.
For PTVs without the entire entertainment system component I doubt you'll be able to get them working.
People are saying. Believe me.

If not 28 VDC, you might need 400 Hz 115 VAC to power the seat actuation systems. Many modern seat actuation (and IFE) systems are using 3 phase AC daisy-chained to each seat, so be careful.

You might be able to find a 50/60 Hz to 400 Hz converter, but they might be expensive.
