landing gear and engine are done. They're quite well detailed taking in account the kit is from 1965 and base on a 1964 project. I'm assembing the lower wing on the fuselage wich is a bit complicated (but not as difficult as a unicraft model so I don't mind)

assembled the wing yesterday wich putted less trouble than I thought they would. I glued them bit by bit then putted the concorde on its stand to see how it look

Got the first 2 revell boeing 747 I ordered yesterday. The cutaway, I'm now hesitating between British airways and SAS because british airways had a weird policy on modelling specific aircraft of their fleet in the 60', revell at the time couldn't put specific registration letters on their 200 decal sheet because BA prevented them to do that. On the 200, I want to know if the british airways one ever had a lounge, I did some research and nothing show up on the 200 beside a cutaway.

The BA build should be pretty simple, just pick spare letters from your old decal bin and off you go.
Regarding the 747-800X, it's right in the article:
The basic proposal involves combining aerodynamic and structural changes studied for the QLR with additional tail fuel and a 2m (6.5ft) balancing four-frame fuselage stretch forward of the wing, where both main and upper decks would be extended (Flight International, 29 October-4 November).
That's from the 400 baseline, so do some frame counting and figure out which gaps you need to remove from the -8i kit for that. Depending on how far along they got with the concept, there may or may not have been detailed drawings of the idea, so you might have to get creative and make stuff up.

The british airways being a what if with different engine and interior, I won't add registration letters. The project doesn't seem to ahve much pictures to go by beside bad quality stuff

got the revell boeing SST today, one will be pan am, the other braniff flying US color livery from alexander calder (boeing brochure state an entry in service considered for 1975, so it's still valid for a what if braniff aircraft and they had 2 option)

Got the boeing SST today and... I can't my 1/200 scale revell concorde in pan am livery because the pan am logo are too big for concorde, I may do it either inspired by FWTSA or one that was ordered by brannif in a calder livery, not sure when brannif expected their concorde to arrive.https://fineart.ha.com/itm/works-on-pap ... ion-120115

I got a picture of one concept that got tried on a concorde but it pnly show the livery partially, the tail has the air france name and the french color are at the rear end with a blue cheatline (don't know how long it was)

I was at my modelling club meeting this afternoon and decided to work a bit on the concorde there when I remarked my horizontal stab weren't symmetrical, cheked the wing and noticed I didn't did it properly so I unglued then re-glued it and now I see why I had a big step to put putty on.

Didn't post my fixed concorde wing and stab. It look much better now and I also started renovating a old heller A380, hesitating turning it in a A380F or A3XX 100F .
Today I got a heller 747 at 1/125 scale, I hesitated between it and a A380 but finally got it because the reedition isn't out yet, it was half the price of the reedition on le bon coin (20€ versus 40 for the reedition) and I want to do more than one in multiple air france liveries (retro, concept and normal).

It's been so long since I haven't posted an update, so here's one. My motivation for my concorde came back, I'm done sanding the underside, now it's time to do the wing top.

It's been a while but I'm getting back at my airliners and my airbrush (ha a broken part that neded to be replaced not so long ago, now it work). I decided to re-do the primer layer of my A320 neo from revell because I had to re fill the join and get them better and I didn't do the first layer well (tried to start with the lufthansa blue, should've gone with the white first instead). Still working on the concorde, I'm planning on starting the primer this week and for my A320, he'll be in the concept with blue winglet as shown in the making off

The progress I did on the concorde this week.While the airbrush worked well on one side, the other, it spitted and I had to clean it. Tried it again on the underside and it worked this time. I did the other side well today and I'm going to go for another layer on the underside
I also had to sand and add putty multiple times because it kept cracking and revised the nose. I choosed the livery from an ads showinf it as the 1964 project and it'll be a mix between the french and british prototype
