Plea to German plane spotters (LH502)

Sun Mar 21, 2021 1:10 pm

I know it's a long shot...
But would anyone out there know the registration number of a LH A-340-300; which operated flight LH502 FRA>GRU on (here it comes the difficult part) 14-MAR-1995?

Fortunate to have flown 40 times on Lufthansa (from 1992 to present) and this is the only registration missing on my list.

I have looked everywhere possible (many other sites, blogs, etc) and NADA.

I have over 800 registrations starting 1980, so if anyone has any piece of their puzzle missing, reach out to me; who knows?

Many thanks is advance.

As far as I can see LH502 on 14MAR1995 (departure 2050 - arrival 0920 on 15th) was operated by D-AIGF with a F10 Y250 configuration.
Flights before and after on 13th and 16th were operated by A340-200.

I'm astonished! Thank you so much for this.

Where did you get this piece of information, if you don't mind me asking?

You're welcome.
I know someone with access to historical Lufthansa flight data and if no sensitive or classified information is involved it's usually no big deal to ask.
