I hope to attend! I haven't been to many AI. '81 in Ft Lauderdale; '91 Orlando; '92 Orange County, CA; '97 in Colorado Springs; '14 LAX; '17 Denver. And only '81 was I a vendor...most others were just pop-ins. Looking forward to seeing some friends. Unfortunately long-time alumni Jerry Stanick won't be attending as he passed away this month.

Bummer. I didn’t know Jerry personally, but he was a staple at every airline show (and always on the DL nonrev flight list with me). Godspeed Jerry.

Yes it is a big bummer. I've known Jerry since meeting him at the local SF show on El Camino Real near SFO in October 1984. We road tripped together, watched planes and trains together, watched birds together, and even visited Kai Tak in 1996 with some other buddies. I'm not employed in the industry but Jerry gave me a few buddy passes over the years. I most recently visited with him a couple years ago at his home in Georgia, USA. Finally, I'm glad he got to experience the Delta A350 a few years ago. He will be sorely missed by all his buddies.
