Greetings:
Is it possible to access the outdoor observation deck when arriving via BART just to observe without a ticket?
TIA,

According to their website it is before security, so you don't need a ticket.

https://www.flysfo.com/skyterrace

"The SkyTerrace is located before security in Terminal 2 and open to the general public on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. There is no cost to enter and you don’t need a ticket or boarding pass. Visitors will undergo a security check. Food and beverages are allowed but smoking is not permitted."
