Jungle 2 Jungle with Tim Allen has a scene of a Servivensa or Avensa 727 departing from what I assume is CCS. The next scene is him in his seat talking to his new-found son.
Cool Runnings has two AA scenes, one is an A300 departing Kingston or Montego Bay, and the other is an MD-80 landing in Calgary.
The Mexican starring Brad Pitt has a scene where he lands in Mexico on a Mexicana 727 and shows him deboarding with the #2 engine and T-tail in the background.
Liar Liar with Jim Carrey has a few scenes towards the end of the movie that take place at LAX. The first shows a Hawaiian DC-10 and multiple others showing a Tower Air 747 interior/exterior while Jim Carrey chases the 747 down the taxi way to prevent it from taking off.
Just a few that came to mind.

Woke up this morning and remembered a few fictional ones from my childhood:
The Langoliers - "American Pride" L1011 (based off TWA's double red stripe livery). David Morse played an outstanding captain in my opinion.
Turbulence - "Trans Continental" 747-1/200 (based off JAL's livery). Features some winter JFK activity in the mid '90s. RIP Ray Liotta.
Con Air - The C-123 prisoner transport was humorously dubbed "Con Air" by Cyrus the Virus (John Malkovich) after the inmates take control of the plane.

Kind of a thing with lots of sci-fi of the past with what were then current brands that when you rewatch you chuckle that they thought Eastern would be around in 2050, makes one wonder what brand we take for granite will be gone in 20 years.

Yes, Qantas 747-200B and Ansett Boeing 727s.
Also, nobody mentioned the Airport movies...
Airport - Northwest 727 in the closing credits, and some others, including that Boeing 707 in "Trans-Global Airlines" colours
Airport 1975 - has that American Airlines Boeing 747-100 in "Columbia Airlines" livery for the movie, can't remember if any others were there incidentally
Airport '77 - has the Boeing 747 in it, but don't recall offhand if any other planes are seen at Dulles
Airport '80: The Concorde (aka The Concorde, Airport '79 in the USA) has a bunch of aircraft such as an Air France A300B etc while the Concorde is in Paris, I think also maybe a Caravelle and 727 among others, including the Concorde, of course.
