Why would you want to connect a self contained usb airband scanner to another scanner? I don't understand why you'd want too.
You plug it into a pc or rasberry pi. I suppose you could if your scanner has a usb port, its unlikey that it'd have compatible software/os to run the stick though.
I don't think that particular product is held in high regard either.

So maybe I'm misunderstanding the technology at all. My understanding is that the stick is just a relay between a scanner and a computer to have the radio output aired online. Now you say the stick itself is a scanner?!
