Greetings to the forum,
I'm not sure that this forum is the correct one for this topic, but, here I go.
I was recently browsing around on Google Maps, and happened to look at the former Chanute AFB at Rantoul, Illinois. In the image you can see a collection of vintage aircraft that seem to be in the process of being scrapped. It looks like there is a Republic Aircraft Thunderchief, a U.S. Navy Lockheed Constellation set up for electronic warfare roles, and several others. Does anyone know anything about these aircraft?
Also, there is an image of the former B-52 maintenance hangar that is, apparently, a indoor motor-cross track.

Looks to be the remains of the Octave Chanute Aerospace Museum. Most of the planes in the image were transferred to other facilities around 2017 per wiki. Some were scrapped in place.
