yay!

Post 100! Completely useless though... hehe

Way to go Olympic.
I've really fallen inlove with those yellow 757/767s now... I've gotten so used to seeing them here... it's sad to see them go.

There will be one next time! Big grin

Congratulations Olympic!

Cheers! wave

okay...so I did a little work...threw a webpage togather really quickly that we can move the games to- (information wise ie. game scores, standings etc. ) But discussion will remain in this form...Anyway if you are interested take a look at :

http://www.angelfire.com/wi3/anetolys05/index.html

and then email me at [email protected]

and let me know so I know if I should keep building the webpage (ie. make it look a lot better- i seriously just spent only 2-3 minutes for what you see)

Whether it be the Olympics, a Premier League, another tournament. Team US America West is locked and loaded. We had a dissapointing first round knock out in Tournament I. But rest be assured that when Tournament II comes around. We will be prepared!
Cleared for the option...

Well done!

Anyway, Birdwatching:
As said before, I would love to take part in any new tournament, and I am sure some others would like to, also! Maybe we could make some league with more teams? So not only a few lucky ( and quick ) ones can participate. Maybe 20?!

Cheers,
Florian

OK, last match before the finals! Today the Yellowbirds played against the green Irish Busses! Here we go...

Northeast 38 vs. Aer Lingus 52

Which means Aer Lingus is in the Final!!!

So tomorrow, Northeast will play against Icelandair for 3rd place... And the day after that, Aer Lingus against Olympic for the World Champion! Ireland against Greece!

Icelandair is fourth!!! Northeast is third!!!

In a historic match of 727s against 757s, the good ol' classic really kicked it's successor's APU!
Way to go! Here's today's match:

Northeast 57 vs. Icelandair 42

Well, and tomorrow, same time, same place.... THE BIG FINAL!
Who will be the world champion? Aer Lingus or Olympic? Soon we will know!

In a historic match, the European Champions won against the Irish... to become World Champions! The crowds are cheering!

Aer Lingus 44 vs. Olympic 52

Now it's time for the closing ceremony! In an ocean of waving blue and white flags, the other teams give Olympic the honorable prize... one by one, they walk to SXFAN's profile and add him to their list of fame!
Here's the link... I'm heading there right away... https://www.airliners.net/discussions/profile.main?username=SXFAN
Oh, what do I see there! Some teams even add the referee/organizer to the hall of fame!  Smile Well, thank you...  Smile

Well, time to say goodbye to a wonderful two weeks of soccer... I would like to thank you all for joining and participating, I had never anticipated that this would be so popular... And for all those who didn't make it into the tournament this time... I'm sure there will be another one in the future!

Also, I never knew how much TIME this thing would consume... but it was a whole load of fun, and I probably wouldn't have done anything better with this time anyway!

Well, see ya all the next time! Or in Germany in 2006!
