Posky 738 Problem

Sat Mar 24, 2007 5:37 am

im a member of Delta Virtual (www.deltava.org) and i downloaded their updated 738 (from Kittyhawk to POSKY) and i noticed that the spoilers are all wrong. that sort of thing bugs me when they have that kinda stuff wrong. the two inboard spoilers dont bend as much as theyre supposed to, and the last outboard spoiler is at the same angle they all are...any advice?

yea, don't use it.

Spoilers are a model function, no way to change it.

And don't even think about asking POSky to fix it lest thou get flamed.

Basically, they do it all for free right? so how would you like it if you spent hundreds of hours of free time making this aircraft for flight simulator rather than with your family, and someone comes along and makes comments about it? So they kinda get p'd off with people doing it.

Well, POSKY is a non-profit FS aircraft designer. For being non-profit, they make superb models and repaints of many aircraft. So, if you go to their website, and complain in a rude manner, you will "get flamed". Wish I could help you with your spoiler dilema, but for freeware, the POSKY 738 is quite nice. Check out this link to find out about their philosophy:

i wasnt complaining and i wasnt being rude, i was asking how to change it if i could. but thanks anyway. do you know how to switch the beacon lights on *any* aircraft? they flash two different times and the reflection light's timing is way off.

i spend some time at the posky forums and i thought hiroshi fixed the spoilors on one of the updates? you should check back at their forum and ask, it could be in the FAQ.
