Flight Attendant Greeting Cards

Thu Dec 20, 2007 10:05 pm

I'm a flight attedant who works for a major US carrier. Lately I've been photographing the things I see at 35,000 feet (and writing about them) and turning them into greeting cards. You can check them out by visiting my blog

I'm new here, therefore I'm still trying to figure out how to work this site, which is why my photos aren't popping up in the window YET. But here are a few examples of the cards

Hi Skydoll, welcome to airliners.net

Those look pretty cool.. I would love to be able to go to my local card shop and pick out a birthday, sympathy, or friendship card that featured stuff like this. Keep up the good work, and hopefully Hallmark will pay you oodles of cash to publish one of your cards.

As for your images not appearing, I think its a bug in the site somewhere that nobody really cares about... It happens to everybody.

BR715

THANKS for the card compliments. That means a lot to me. Only Flight Attendants will appreciate my cards, so it's kind of hard trying to figure out where I can sell them. When i pull them out of my tote bag on the airplane, people love them and offer to buy them, but I don't think the cards show well online. I checked the gift shop at the airport yesterday (Hudson News) and it looks like there's only one card company that sells cards there, so I've got quite a bit of research to do. I took some really great shots from the cockpit the other night and will soon be posting them on my website, so if anyone is interested... www.shouldbewriting.blogspot.com.
