I have to second

www.airlinemuseum.com

I have emailed them a few times. The customer service was just excellent. They were attentive, fair and reasonable. I believe I emailed someone named Scott.

And I also like their site layout.

As you are in Canada, I would also try Airplanereplicas. I have bought from him many times and have always received a great service, and that was with sending items to me in the UK.

A good resource for anything you want to know about collecting diecast models.

www.airlinebuzz.com

The website below is under new ownership but the owner has been selling on ebay for years. You get a discount if you are a member of airlinebuzz.

It's not 1:400 scale it's actually 1:200 scale but I would highly recommend this website. I have bought about 7 models from here and have had great customer service. They have a pretty good selection of airlines from around the world and the quality is awsome. Hope this helps you out.

If you guys want to keep up in the world of diecast aircraft and listings to many
vendors, you should look at www.diecastaircraftforum.com (DAC) or
www.400scalehangar.com. They have sections for models in 1/400, 1/500, 1/200/ etc.
Many reviews and photos for reference.

Anyone know a good retailer who ships phoenix models and gemini jets at a reasonable price to Singapore? I know all the retailers above do, but shipping is a real rip-off!

That site is just seriously annoying. Seems like 99 % of what they have listed is out of stock / sold out. Why can't they just delete the things they don't have and won't get back.

I'm sure their service is OK though. But browsing that site, is just annoying.
