Is this allowed?

Thu Jul 04, 2019 5:34 am

When I was looking at A.nets homepage I found a picture of a US Airways 757 at SXM that has three girls under it is this even allowed on this website. I mean you can’t take pictures of people without there permission.

Evidently it is allowed. The photo is from 2005 and the people aren't identifyable. Also, you're working under the assumption that the photographer didn't have persmission. Perhaps he does. How do you know?

The federal courts have ruled that anyone in public can be photographed without their permission ... in public their is ZERO expectation of privacy.

Depends on the composition and framing. Usually we don't accept photos where people are very clearly visible, but there have been exceptions.

Accepted photos depicting people are getting more rare since Day 1
