Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone still uses the Nikon D600 in 2019. I'm interested in purchasing a second-hand one to use for high ISO night panning of aircraft.I've managed to find one in Australia for $688 with a shutter which was just replaced.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
D600 isn't great at focusing on low-light situations so while ISO performance should be decent I think you'll struggle with autofocus specially if you're planning on shooting it paired with a f/5.6 lens, personally I'd save for a D750 as that'll give you better value for money and nowadays with many Nikon photographers moving to the mirrorless Z system you should be able to find some bargains.
Cheers, Julian.

Thanks for the insight Julian. I originally looked at the D600, D610 and the D750. I think I'll go for the later.
Kind regards,
