Las Vegas Spotting/Photos Advice?

Sat Dec 28, 2019 7:32 pm

Hello: No photos to post as I have not yet been to LAS! I am going in late January 2020 and have become frustrated trying to get up to date info on good spotting locations. Seems like one person says a spot is good and another says it has been closed for years. I will have three days to explore and a rental car to get around. Can any members here suggest or confirm good, viable locations for spotting/photos around Las Vegas? I don't want to waste the time I have either looking for real, open spots or searching for locations that no longer exist! Thanks so much for your advice!

Rent a car and "borrow" a ladder from Walmart nearby.

Rent a ladder from Home Depot. They have little giants which are nice.

If "Borrowowing" means purchase, use and return, it is unethical at best, IMO. I recommend renting a ladder for the day from a Home Depot or Lowe's instead.

Very unethical. Rent a vehicle that gets you over the fence and stand on the roof.

Just make sure that vehicle doesn't need a ladder for you to get on the roof.
