General stuff I usually try to shoot from plane windows are
- planes at ground level during taxiing
- overall views of airports from above
non-aviation related
- buildings on the ground in the vicinity of the airport
I usually use 70-200 mm that would give me a good range, I sometimes use 24-105 but then I have to crop a lot which degrades image quality.
For air to air shoots ( that are quite distant), I tried to use my Sigma 150-500 but I had always blurry photos so I quit using that. For air to air shoots I assume best place to shoot is from the cockpit windows as it is cleaner or sharper glass?
