Another priority screening inconsistency

Tue Jul 06, 2021 2:50 am

I am wondering my photo of Freedom One taken at PBI on July 4th (a perfect day to celebrate the paint scheme) was not prioritized but the next day a similar photo of the same aircraft in San Juan was given priority screening?

Perhaps you posted your photo when the activity was lower. And another photo was posted just at the time of the growth of views. It is logical that the newer is displayed earlier, perhaps many simply did not reach your photo for this reason.

I’m not talking about how many people saw or viewed the photo - I’m talking about the screening process. It’s basically the same photo - one taken a day later - and one (not mine) was screened immediately and mine (for which I requested Priority Sceening) was denied. And mine was submitted first. It had to be - mine was taken July 4. The second was taken July 5 and posted July 5.

Hi Canyonblue17

Made a mistake with the one accepted and when it was screened there were many in the priority queue. It's unfortunate and best not to make it worse by removing the image.

We don't want you to feel wronged in any way. I've not looked at the log before this post and if we depriotised your shot please reupload, mention this topic and we'll screen priority for a long standing member of the community.

Thanks

PanAM - Thanks for your response and your explanation. We are all human. And the volume of photos you handle is sometimes overwhelming. I will resubmit later today when I get a chance. She really is a stunning airplane. Cheers.
