VCV & MHV fly-over

Hi everyone,

I’m planning a short trip to California and Arizona and was wondering if anyone here has recommendations on chartering an aircraft to do some air-to-ground photography at Victorville and/or Mojave.

Suggestions on companies to use, best time of the day to fly etc.

Any help is welcome!

Hi, back in 2017 I used Midfield Aviation based out of Apple Valley. I hired a Cessna 172 with instructor (I don’t fly). While not particularly cheap, my pilot knew exactly what was needed at both VCV and MHV. IIRC, two hours covered it with a few other bits and pieces thrown in.

They’re worth checking out, but I honestly don’t know if they’re still doing photography flights.
