I am thinking of driving to PHL for the day on 2/16 and was wondering if anyone has had any post-9/11 experiences there. Has it become another military state like JFK or would I be able to take some photos and not be harassed? (I'm not traveling, so I won't have airside access)

I would appreciate any information or experiences that you can share.

PHL is no problem. Many people have gone there post 9/11. The access road to the control tower and UPS facility is the best place. Find a place near the checkered tanks and camp out.

Go to Yahoo Maps and punch in PHL and you’ll find Hog Island Rd along the railroad tracks on the south side of the field.

Sunil you took those words out of my mouth hehehe

Yes, PHL is no problem. I was there last weekend and didnt have any problems. Few cop patrols passed by but they didnt even bothered to stop.
