Let's not forget Ben's infamous story about baggage carts also... I heard that Ben's brick was recently sold on Ebay to a certain Mr. Dabson Big grin

Gary, is there anything you don't take a picture of?  Nuts

Tim

For those who haven't yet worked it out, I think you'll find the photo was taken from an aircraft about to land on Runway 08R.....

Hi Jon,

I already gave everyone a suitable explanation, it appears that Jan's 'pro' brick is actually 300ft high.

Cheerio!

I was there when Gary took the legendary brick shot  Wink/being sarcastic Must be about time you posted it for everyone to see!

Mr Dabson did not buy the brick on Ebay, allegedly bought by Manchester tourists  Wink/being sarcastic

Nice to see a shot of Gatwick's second runway at long last if if you need a "pro brick" to shoot it........

Cheers

Paul

allegedly bought by Manchester tourists

That might explain why it was at Imperial Hill @ LAX in August. I'm kind of disappointed Mr. Dabson didn't buy it, I know a lot of Japanese tourists will no longer visit Gatwick.

Gary Watt, Jan, Paul Dopson

Who are they? Their names sound like pop singers.  Wink/being sarcastic

Cheers,
Tim

I have only just recently been introduced into the magical world of the brick. One day a mystical hooded rider will tell us all.

Hi,

Have been busy recently, what with university work, coming home for a bit and various other things I havent been online much recently.

This post/photo made me laugh, having never used a brick to take photographs I musy deny everything at this point.

I have been overcome with my new found airliners.net fame, unfortunatly for a building material rather than my images  Smile

With an "Irish Adventure" coming up in December I may need to find a brick for use at Shannon and Dublin Big grin
