So here is an alternative "business model" apparently pursued :
The model of
Ambush Marketing defined.
A) Leave the merchandise unguarded and vulnerable in the shop window (with no glass pane) facing a very busy street (excess of 100000 people stop at window/day)
B) leave a very small note attached to afore mentioned merchandise informing of copyright protection.
c) HOPE that among the curious and interested who steal the merchandise are wealthy individuals or individuals working for wealthy companies.
d) Once the afore mentioned entity with deep pockets is identified as the party with an infraction then set a lawyer upon them and recover the Super fee for usage.
e) Ignore the small fry.
This is kinda of classic because the hunter becomes the hunted.
Frankly, I think the plain old fashioned sale over the counter is better for the community at large...and the model above is NOT practiced by me.
