Indeed, humidity was very high this morning (but okay, that´s Ireland..  Wink/being sarcastic ). Besides, I certainly had some luck concerning the right moment: The Delta T7 exactly arrived at the right time when the sun came trough the morning clouds/fog.

Btw: To get this shot was really 'hard work'. I got up at 5.45am, had no breakfast, took the bus to the airport from my b&b in the middle of nowhere, arrived at the photospot at 8.00am - DL arrived 30 minutes later. puh...

That shot is really amazing, I haven't enjoyed an aviation picture for a long time. I'd hope that the picture will make the top of the day or editor's choice.

Q330 - Its still got another 10 hours to go for the title of 'top of yesterday'. However I don't think it will catch up with Bailey's excellent air-to-air shot.

I guess it really does pay to go out on non-blue sky days sometimes. And also pays to shoot what would normally be common aircraft. You never know what's going to happen (i.e. busted tyre, rainbow etc.)

At the time I made that post, it was ranked #2 of last 24-48 hours according to the photo search page. Doesn't that mean it was already ranked at second to 'top of yesterday'?
