Mine is a Nikon D200.

A google search will throw up many photos of a D200. Mine looks just like them.

You see?

I'm pretty happy with it, however, I'm entertaining the idea of raising funds to purchase a 20D and the 70-200 f4 lens.

Hello!

Here comes a picture showing the modest equipment of us Reykjavik Spotters.  Smile

Notice that all of our lenses are black!  devil

Furthest to the left is the Canon EOS 20D with Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM and Sigma EF-500 DG ST flash. In front is the standard Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 kit-lens and a Canon RS-80N3 Remote Switch. (Asgeirs)

In the middle is a Canon EOS 500N (Asgeirs) with a Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 II (Aero145). To the side is a Canon EF 28-80mm f/3.5-5.6 (Asgeirs).

On the right is Aero145's Canon EOS 20D with Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM, and the Canon EF-S 17-85mm f/4-5.6 IS USM to the side. In front of the 17-85mm lens is the tiny (!) Canon Digital Ixus i.

Oh, before I forget; the plastic things that are in front of all of our equipment is Reykjavik Spotters' little collection of Canon lens caps. Big grin

Regards,
Asgeir & Aero145  sun

Hi Bruce. Its the 40GB Vosonic X's-Drive Pro VP300 Portable Hard Drive. Sure beats the hell out of having a bunch of cards. Darren uses one also.

I was going to question the point of this thread because with very few exceptions our cameras all look alike.
But then we are a group that spend our spare time out in the weather, risking harassment and ridicule taking photos of aircraft that with few exceptions all look the same!! Big grin

Chris
If your camera sends text messages, that could explain why your photos are rubbish!....well that might have changed!!!

Here is a quick snap of my 1dmkii and my 100mmF2.8 Macro. Taken with my fone so the quality of the image is crap! But it shows me camera.

Chris

BTW: Before anyone asks, you can't see any labels or branding on the camera as i have taped them up with black tape. I prefer the camera to be reasonably unrecognisable as i sometimes shoot in situations where i dont want flashy labels etc. Such as night clubs, street scenes and inner city shooting. My cam is getting pretty bashed up too so the tape does stop it getting marked as much. Im gonna probably cover the whole thing soon to try and protect it a bit more, need to get a new eyepiece and yet ANOTHER new hotshoe first tho! UGH!!!

Yah, here's mine.

It's big enough for a 200 megapixel sensor and has room for about 200 compact flash cards. Unfortunately, nowhere to plug them in...

It has, however, curbed my lens lust a bit!

Here's my brand new gear! 20D just arrived with 17-85 lens!

https://www.airliners.net/uf/16/11450893947Tm1Xt.jpg

I had the 100-400 lens from last year. I absolutely love the 20D's improvement over the 10D - and the 17-85 is a very nice all-around lens.
