I Will Not Upload

This is more like to get your opinions on the subject.

Yesterday, BEY was bombed and the airport is closed now and I don't know for how long.

I have some photos that I editted the other day, before the events but now it feels strange to upload these.
What do you think, is it morally wrong or is my head a little screwed up?  Smile

Not morally wrong. Your shots were before the event, were not connected to the event, and did not cause the event.

Make your decision as you wish, but in the knowledge that neither a positive nor a negative decision will be morally wrong.

Post hoc does not always mean propter hoc.

Upload... Let people know whats going on out there. But dont take any risks with security/Army etc etc. Your safety is the most important thing. The last thing you want is to be slung in jail as a spy !!!!!!! Good luck and stay safe  Smile

Upload them! If you have photos that were taken during or after the bombing I would upload them as well. I cannot see anything immoral here.

I have to agree with Thomas. Why should it be immoral? As long as you are "kind of" save everything is fine. Good luck to you Vatche.

All of my photos are taken BEFORE the bombings. I would not risk anything for the hobby, that won't be wise.

It's just strange that things are not the way they used to be. Feels weird.

I will upload some at some later date.

Who cares? It's just an airport with airplanes. What could possibly be "morally wrong" with that?

Upload them, you're a journalist now. If you're still in Lebanon and in a relatively safe spot, you should try to continue photographing the airport, as the images could become pullitzer material.

Jeff,

The airport with airplanes does not exist today!

But I took photos of US Marines Sea Hawks on mission today which I will upload since it reflects todays situation.

Wait. what? You don't want to upload shots BEFORE the attacks, of CIVIL aviation, but you want to upload CURRENT MILITARY activity? Not saying either is wrong, just an odd choice. Upload them all! Big grin

It's a Super Stallion and not a Sea Hawk as I earlier said.
