Just a few photos at a time, makes it so much easier!
They are all too small to judge.
We need bigger to judge. Anything from 1024px wide or bigger.

You're better off not showing so many, people lose interest... I'll make a few remarks on composition mainly, I'm afraid these are by no means all flaws, the pictures are anyway too small:
2 Not a nice crop, feels unbalanced
3 Too high in frame
4 Risky motive for here, coupled with not so great lighting and cluttered background
5 Tail cut off for no good reason IMO, see recent thread
6 Too high in frame, strange crop, #4 engine is felt missing
8 Too high in frame
9 Too high in frame, tower thus cut off in an ugly way and distracting shadow in foreground
11 Needs CW rotation I think
13 Engine slightly cut off
14 Needs CCW rotation I think
16 Nicer than No 4
17 Tailplane cut off, in combination with distracting background a certain rejection

All my photo's are in 1024 x 681 it's just that you don't see them in full size...and I don't know why. Anyway thanks for the comments!

I think your photos are quite good
Let me also echo much of what Peter said above, both the comment on fewer photos is better and his specific comments.
With a little bit of attention to detail(and possibly experience & practise) regarding composition you will be producing fine work very soon.
Remember that not all great aircraft photos are destined for Anet so don't be discouraged and don't let Anet criteria limit what you shoot.
As far as quality etc there is not much anyone can add until we see the shots at a larger image size(see my comments in your other thread)

Are there any chances for shots similar to number 4 or 16 to be accepted or they absolutely have to be centered?
Looks like it's ok for the T7's but I'm not that sure for the other planes

Yes, it is possible, but more difficult - there's less 'jurisprudence' for unusual motives for the 'judges', the screeners, and thus they may not all agree.
