"Double" Rejection Question

Hello! I just have a quick question about the double rejection. Right now, I have this balloon photo on the database:

And I also have this other photo on queue, but with different motiv I think. Will this cause a double rejection? It's the same balloon that is why I'm asking. I hope you can help me, thanks a lot!

By the way, what do you think about the photo? Do you think it can make it to the DB?

Hi Carlos

It will much likely lead to a double rejection. They were taken on a same day, and same side of the balloon.

Sorry, it is soft. A dust spot is visible in sky, above the mountain, near upper left corner.

I agree with the dust spots, and there is a second one as well near the middle of the sky, just to the left of the highest balloon.

If you equalise the sky alone, you'll see the dust spots.

I would also kick up the contrast a bit. Looks flat.
