Font Horizontal Stabs

Last Sunday I saw an airplane with front horizontal stabilizers, landing in the Girona airport (Spain). These stabilizers were close to the airplane nose.

Obviously it was a commercial plane. I have no picture at all. Do you know which kind of plane it could be? I'd like to take some pictures next week end.

Technical term for that control surface is "canard".

The Piaggio P180 Avanti's canards are flapped and are used for pitch trim.
