Help, Slovakians Stole My Photo

Yes , definetly looks like violation. 6th photo is yours , you can see even airliners.net bar in the bottom. Photo that you linked is photoshoped (lighting on persons is from one sourse while on aircraft we got a lot of sources - windows also woman hairline looks odd). Write to the website admin , tell him that those pictures are yours - you got copyrights (one was used partially in photoshop as a background) and tell him if they do not remove your photos you will take legal action against website to keep your copyrights. It is always working.

No I mean defecation as in look at the horrendous quality of the photoshop they did to my shot! Essentially they dumped the contents of the bucket all over it.

I just got a response back, they apologized and took down the stolen photos. Case closed! Thanks for the help.

Nice Andre! All's well and so forth.... Just curious, how on earth did you find your image on a foreign language tabloid in the first place? I mean... the internet only being a sloppy 8 billionsome pages and such.
