Could Someone Explain What This Is?

Could someone explain to me what these streaks are in this photo? The aircraft is about to land soon.

A cursory look at the picture shows trailing or lift-induced vortices generated by the edge of the flaps on an apparently humid day. A rather common occurrence given the right atmospheric conditions.

This is condensation. The air cannot hold the moisture in it anymore and it condensates. Usually at the wingtips or at the edges of the flaps (as in this case).
