I've planned my spotting trip to Singapore next February.
From research so far, it seems the direction of wind at this time (February) means RWY 02L + RWY 02C will see the majority of movements (opposing to the RWY 20 direction) so Changi beach park wouldn't be any good during my stay.
Thus, I found other spotting location near Changi Business Park.

The link above is what I've found on the web. Unfortunately it seems that this point won't be able for spotting at morning due to strong backlight, which means I can't take good shots from Changi Business Park before 14:00pm. But Qatar's A350 and Etihad's B789 will arrive in the morning, and I really like to catch them while they're on final to the runway.
So here's my questions, Is there any good spotting location for 02L arrivials during morning? And how often Raya Air's B727 makes its flight to Singapore..Lastly, Do I have any chance to catch FedEx's MD-10 during my stay?
P.S. I've got some questions about the weather of Singapore in February. I'm seriously worried about weather more than ever ...Anyways, Is it mostly sunny&no clouds in the sky on february of Singapore? I'd appreciate any help from spotters on Airliners.net. Thanks in advance!

If you're willing to head towards Changi South (between the buildings), east from Changi Business Park, you may be able to get some usable morning (belly) shots. I haven't personally been there, so am unable to advise on the specifics, but have had friends who have spotted from that general area. Spot at your own risk, though.
A safer option would be to spot from East Coast Park, southwest from Changi Business Park, but the aircraft might still be pretty high on approach. You may also consider booking a room at Crowne Plaza Hotel, which has rooms overlooking RWY02L/20R, but that might be a pricey endeavour.
All of QR's SIN flights are operated by A359s, so there'll also be a 1430 arrival as well, if you're interested. I'm not quite sure about freighter schedules, but I only recall seeing MD-11s, and not MD-10s.
With regards to the weather, it's either hot and wet, or hotter and wetter in Singapore, so it's just the luck of the draw.

I spotted at 02L in the morning, and got some backlit silhouettes, though when the day wore on, the backlit got worse.

The Crowne Plaza hotel is a good option since it overlooks Runway 02L/20R and some taxiways. It is not backlit in the morning, though it can get somewhat backlit in the afternoon (on overcast days, the backlit is not too bad). Although, I second what 9vswr has said: it is indeed expensive. It has a good view though:

So, I guess it's either the Crowne Hotel or the backlit silhouettes.

I remember I caught the 727s on Saturdays in the morning/noon.

Well, if you'd like to spot takeoffs from Runway 02C, Carpark 7 of Changi Beach Park may be useful. However, the view is limited to under-belly shots and I used focal lengths up to 400mm.

A third option is the Terminal 1 Viewing Mall, the only Viewing Mall that has single-layered glass suitable for photography. It overlooks some gates as well as the taxiway NC3. I used 250mm for heavies on NC3 down to 24mm for wide-angle shots.
