I've seen the above three links. I would recommend you to give up those two "Rotate" photos as the light condition of those are so poor ( Backlit ) it's hard to edit and both of those Rotate photos are blurry especially the front part.
Taxi one looks much better than those and the quality looks good to me. But the cropping has problem i think. Not quiet sure about the composition. And i suggest you to show us the photos that have already been edited by you because screener can not see your original photo.
I use Lightroom to edit all my raw images. I'm losing a lot of quality when I'm resizing my photos down from ~5000px wide to 1200ish wide.
Regarding to this problem, i seldom use LR to edit spotting pictures i usually use PS. But for the quality problem you may need to make sure that the Quality Value is the maximun before you save it.
If your computer has Photoshop, you can also move the photo that you have already finished editing to PS and then resize it in PS and then save it with the best quality. ( But this way would be little bit complicated ).
