Thanks Julien; I figured this one would most likely be rejected as I had to deal with the sun shining from my right side in front of me during the morning hours.

Here's a re-uploaded window shot of N775UA after arriving at the gate in EWR:

Note this this shot was taken via DSLR.

Thanks Jehan; will fix number one and bin number two.

In the meantime; I have another shot of N978SW in a similar angle to #2 that I would also like pre-screened:

Hi Victor, this one looks blurry to me. Especially the rear, also other parts of the plane. Sharpening it more (like you tried) won`t help I`m afraid. Greet Stefan

Hi, very noisy sky, yellow cast, heathaze visible on the cheatline (can be easily confirmed in the original), underexposed/backlit and halos around the aircraft. There is also a sign of some edit near the left winglet.

I've been waiting on the screeners for the two photos for a while; maybe they are busy with other commitments or something...

While I wait for the screeners for the above two, I have re-uploaded the exact same photo of N587UA downsized in an attempt to mask heat haze; also corrected color, attempted increasing exposure and removed halos; accidental cloning near left winglet removed; any better from the last upload?

It's very toplit, the top fuselage is overexposed, windowline oversharpened and just poor light in general. I wouldn't suggest uploading this photo, nor any others taken in similar light.

I had two photos (AS B739 and DL B712) rejected for OS, with the DL B712 also rejected for blurry (this shot will be binned for sure; will edit another photo of the same aircraft in a different sequence); I have an AA CRJ7 that will be screened soon and was wondering if this would be rejected for similar reasons as for the other two above?

Zoomed out like so^, it looks a little soft, BUT, if you click on it and it zooms in a bit on the imgproc link, it looks OS.
Hard to say really, as I don't know how screeners look at images. Better to wait for a reply from a screener.

Still looks a bit oversharp to me, particularly around the titles. I find that a livery such as that is best uploaded at a larger size — high contrast edges like those where the blue meets the white can give the illusion of blur due to the way modern sensors handle the transition. The original file will, however, always succinctly tell you whether your photo is blurry or not.

NR105W: Passable for me
N223WN (touchdown): Nose is soft if not blurry; I would prefer more contrast as well.
N223WN (taxiing); slight over sharpening on leading edge of tail and scimitar winglets, but passable for me.
3/4 shot of SW 737: Could use a tighter crop on left side; also needs a toning down of brightness and perhaps some added contrast.
N223WN (towed): Looks over exposed. Otherwise OK.

The close up of the the 3/4 view will likley draw a motive rejection now that the main gear is partially cropped at the bottom of the frame.
The one of the touchdown (#1) still looks blutty in the nose...not sure this one can be improved.
The one taxiing is passable for me.

Of your second set,
N407WN is too contrasty; also jaggies visible in the tail.
THe window shot is a little too contrast for my taste. Perhaps some added brightness may help. Winglet is showing jaggies. Also some banding at the top

Thanks Jehan; will toss the 3/4 view w/ the cropped-out landing gear and come back to the same view with the uncropped gear and improved contrast/brightness settings; I have already binned the touchdown shot but may bring back the 2nd shot into the queue and see what happens from here;

Second set:
-will adjust contrast settings and erase jaggies on first pass of USM for N407WN
-Window shot: will tone down contrast and add some brightness; will erase jaggies on first pass of USM; was wondering how to fix banding rejections with window shots like this?

1: blurry, heat haze.
2: Same as #1, a little better, but still not great.
3: very blurry.
4: I don't think it would be for the creative queue (wait for a screener on that though)
But, it could use a touch of CCW rotation, and it is a little OS and a tad soft.

1. N10156: Blurry
2.N41104" Blurry, Over sharpened
3. Close up of the ERJ:Nose and nose gear are blurry. Other areas are soft. Also the window is cropped our of the frame on the left side which will draw a motive rejection.
4. will not qualify as a "Creative" shot. I'm undecided on the motive for this one. I'd feel a whole lot better if the second B737 was in sharper focus. Not sure there is sufficient interest in the mid and backgrounds for the low placement of the main subject.
