My thoughts:

Volaris A320: Underexposed; Be careful when adding the brightness since it may blow the highlights on the nose. Angle of lighting is tricky.
Qantas 787: OK for me.
Cathay Cargo 747: Angle of light is rendering this under exposed.
Delta B763: Angle of light is rendering this one underexposed as well. A bit over sharpened and could use more contrast.
FedEX MD11: Top light is rendering the nose as underexposed.
Lufthansa A380: Looks good to me.

Thanks Jehan; will keep the QF 787 and LH A380 in queue and fix the remaining ones.

While I fix these photos, I also have some photos that I would like feedback on:

Qantas is low contrast/weak blacks and a bit iffy quality-wise, but still your best bet. All others are rejections for me, sorry.

Volaris: UE, marginal quality
Cathay: UE, poor quality
Delta: OS (very jaggy), marignal/poor quality
FedEx: blurry front half & engine
Lufthansa: blurry, oor/unbalanced crop

Wingview: very noisy, dirty above the wingtip, poor quality. Phone photo?
Delta: very blurry aft section, dirty above the "E", poor quality
941: still noisy/marginal sky, light halo around the wingtip(?)
258: heat haze, marginal quality
United: blurry, quality

Thanks Kas; some of these photos are long-shot chances, in which are unlikely to be accepted anyway, but gave them a shot; will bin some from the queue completely and then fix some that may be fixable.

As for the wing view, it was taken from a DSLR, so I'll see how far I could fix this one, otherwise I'll bin this one completely as well.

I have two more photos in the upload queue for prescreening feedback:

Southwest 738: Blurry/soft, slightly OS.
Qantas A380: Heat-haze, jpeg compression, also maybe a tad OS.
Southwest might be passable at 1024 but I don't think Qantas has a chance.

Thanks Tim; will try to fix the WN B738 and probably bin the QF A380; may give it another shot at a smaller size.

I have some long-shot photos in the queue that I would like pre-screening feedback on (and by long-shot, I mean photos less likely to be accepted, but to point out if there is anything that warrants a rejection):

Unfortunately, I don't think any of these would will approval from the screeners. From what I can see:

C-GBIP:Heat haze; blurry on the right side of teh frame).
N149AN:Heat haze and low contrast
LX-VCA: Underexposed, compression, blurry, slight green color cast
HB-JNB:Underexposed, noise, soft, blurry nose
N669NK:Underexposed; low contrast; noise

N409AS: maybe a tad underexposed, but otherwise ok.
N7737E: heathaze/Jetwash, also a tad UE.
N974AT: Might be ok.
N202NN: Looks ok.
VH-VPF: a tad soft at the nose, slight heat haze, might be ok at 1024.
N384HA: Jpeg compression, heat haze/jet wash, OS, Light is also kinda harsh.
N27206: Heathaze, might be ok at 1024.
VH-ZNC: Soft, doesnt look recoverable IMO.
N840AN: A tad soft, might be ok at 1024.
Wait for a screeners input.

Looks a bit over-sharpened to me (main titles). I would also prefer it lower int he frame. Especially from this angle, the tail dominates the frame and presently looks too high in the frame for me.

Your CP Cargo also looks over sharpened.

Thanks Jehan; I have adjusted these photos and was wondering if these are any better now:

B-LJC:

N750SK:

N263AK:

And some updates:
N7737E rejected for color, dark, and soft
N974AT rejected for dark and UE
N409AS rejected for dark, halos, and UE
VH-VPF rejected for common, dark, and soft; may have to bin this one
N202NN rejected for halos, UE, and vignetting
N384HA rejected for dark, OS, and UE

N202NN is most likely fixable, while everything else (except VH-VPF) will also be a make-or-break fix attempt.

B-LJC is not centered properly (too much to the left). If I were you I would cut off the wing just behind the tail.

Hmmm, the front looks a bit soft to me while the wing and wheels are a bit oversharpened in my opinion (some jaggies visible). Personally I would crop tighter on the right side, but I understand you loose a lot of pixels and thus quality.

The right wingtip is cut off (motive). It also needs a cooler white balance. But honestly, the quality is not good enough and it's backlit. I would let it be.

The AA 787 also looks over-sharpened (visible along the window line and leading edge of vertical stabilizer).
The Alaska A320 looks blurry to me; not a fan of the lighting which is rendering the bottom half of the fuselage dark. Also looks yellow.

Looks heat hazed to me. Lighting is not the best with the left side being in the shadows. Not a fan of this composition either since the background and all its clutter) is competing with the aircraft. Overall quality is marginal at best. Sorry for the harsh critique :(

Yes, it is quite heat hazed. Please try to shoot objects that are closer to you when shooting aircraft on the ground, Otherwise you will always face heat haze, unless on a really cold & clear wintersday or very early in the morning / very late in the evening.

As Jehan noted the quality is not there for airiliners, I am afraid.

Thanks Julien; these photos were taken around 8am in cooler conditions at Imperial Hill, using a Nikon 70-300mm VR lens; yet the morning hours were the only time of the day that I could plane spot at LAX, as I had other plans for my Los Angeles trip that day.

As previously said, I have binned the AA Dreamliner photo and uploaded the EVA Air B77W for pre-screening; not sure if you have pre-screened the EVA Air B77W as I was wondering if you were referencing the heat haze to just the AA Dreamliner photo at the time of your previous post.

Shooting aircraft on the ground at LAX from Imperial Hill typically results in heat haze for a number of reasons including distance (as Julien said) , tarmac temperatures that are higher than the air temperatures (regardless of time of day or season) and also from heated exhaust from other departing aircraft (on the south runways) that linger. I've gotten lucky with some shots of aircraft on the ground from Imperial Hill...but most have been heat hazed.

Your Cathay B777 has many of the same issues as the AA B787.

A tricky one: The aircraft looks dark, but that comes from the unfavourable sun angle (shining somewhere from behind the plane or above). Brightening it further would make the sky loo blown out, though.
The aircraft also shows quite some jaggies, as result of heat haze (and maybe also ovesharpening). For example the cheatline and the horizontal stab both look heavily heat hazed.
I am afraid, but this one would also be for your personal collection.
Try to shoot with the sun being more in your back, and preferably not around midday during the warmer months.
