Hi all,
Recently I’ve been trying to use my pre-screening forum less. But I’m having trouble getting this one right. Any help is appreciated.

A bit HIF and the nose gear is blocked.

HIF will be fixed, but is the nose wheel blocked? It’s only half (less than even) cut, and it’s kinda unavoidable when shooting in the mini taxiway.

The nosewheel is passable, but if you have an unblocked photo I it would be better.

How is this one?
I am aware of the back being cut, I shot it slightly cut, but I really like the angle, and the sun angle is a bit better too.

The first one is better. Second one has the hor.stab. cut off, which will lead to 100% motive rejection.

G-ODSA: fine
PUMA: glare on cockpit not great. Do you have a photo without?
Flair: OE & UE. Poor light angle
Swoop: marginally better than the Flair
KLM: glare & common combination

I have multiple shots of the puma, but that’s the only one without the cones obstructing (the cones are barely obstructing, but they’re there.)

Flair and swoop will be pulled and I’ll try and see if there is a better angle for the 2. Can they be fixed?

Would KLM be good to go if I use a shot without the sun glare?

On a second look, the Blue Bell 429 has some weird compression near the registration and lines, and the Bell 429 title. Doesn't look like over-sharpening though, Is it visible on your screen?

Bell problem seems to just be showing on my laptop, looks ok everywhere else.
I’ll send a few of the other puma shots when I have some time tomorrow, the cones aren’t great, but there’s no real sun glare.

RE Puma: All photos have sun glare in one way or another, is the current one good to go with no other photo without sun glare?

Hi all,
today I had a photo rejected for info with the personal message saying "Sorry Tim, but Owner should be "Untitled" with nothing in parentheses unless there is some visible marking." The screener provided a link to a forum post about this, but it said that the post does not exist.
I'm just wondering if anyone here can explain that a little more. I also looked and found that quite a lot of photos of fully untitled A/C with the airline in brackets, just like my photo.
That being said, i'm not upset, just wondering.

Tim

P.S: If the screener who left the comment is reading this, keep doing what your're doing, nice comments explaining these situations are nice to see! :)

Sorry, late reply. You can always give it a try, but no guarantees.

You can thank Jehan for that

I can't see anymore how you uploaded it, so I have no idea how you listed the airline.

It was uploaded with the info

Untitled (StarSpeed) (and all the other usual categories etc)

StarSpeed is a charter company operating the helicopter in the photo (G-MLAP)
No StarSpeed titles, however the owner is known and should be put in brackets?? I have a lot of photos accepted, in the queue like that, and have seen a lot in the DB. I would like to know if the ones in the queue need editing, (One being the Bell 429 I asked for a pre-screen for the other day, and an untitled challenger, also which I know the owner for.)

In that case:

Airline 1 = Untitled
Airline 2 = Starspeed

The brackets get added automatically. So DO NOT type the entire “Untitled (Starspeed)” in the airline 1 field.

I added it with airline 1: untitled and airline 2: StarSpeed. I’m certain of it.

Is there no way for you to see how I uploaded it?

Tim, Unfortunately, there is no way for us to see how the data is uploaded. I realize it has its idiosyncrasies :)

Thanks for the comment about feedback comments. As a photographer and an up-loader, I try to screen with that perspective.

I’ll submit an appeal, and hopefully you get it Kas, if it turns out I’m wrong, then it was a mistake on my end.
