Hi Fernando,
1 & 2 look underexposed to me on account of the poor angle of the light
#3 is well exposed but shows some color bleeding (red titles). Some jaggies are visible on the leading edge of the wing and horizontal stabilizer.

I agree with Jehan (except I don't see jaggies on the hor.stab. of #3).

Thanks Jehan and Kas.

#2 got rejected for underexposed as you guys predicted. Gonna work on it and on #1 as well.

#3 got rejected for Low Contrast. Do you think an appeal is worthed?

Thanks again!

I would not appeal # 3 due to the color bleeding issue. I am puzzled by the Low Contrast rejection since the image looks fine for brightness and contrast.

Thanks Jehan. I decided to take a shot with an appeal of #3 because I´m having a hard time finding the color bleeding.
Anyway, let´s see how that turns out.

I´ll let you know.

Summing up, all of them got rejected.
I´ll try to improve them and maybe reduce them to 1200px.

I appreciate the help from you, Jehan and Kas. Thank you.

See you soon.

Hello again fellows,

How far do you think this shot is from getting to the data-base in the creative category?
Please, bear in mind that this picture is at Flikr at 3000px, so I know additional editing will be needed including a downsizing to maybe 1280px.

Image

Thanks for the input!

Regards,

Fernando

Hi Fernando,

Currently on my phone, so no comment on the quality. It is not one for the creative queue however.

Hi Fernando,

I understand the challenge of taking a shot like this, but the image shows too much blur and noise for me. I recommend using a smaller sized image (1200 pix maximum) along with some editing for noise. The image also could be cropped tighter; however, this may further harm the resolution.

Looking at it on my screening PC, I think the front half is too noisy/grainy, plus blurry. I don't think the quality will be up to par, even at 1200px wide.

You are absolutely right Kas. My hope fell on the creative side, but as you noted it does not fall in that category.

Thanks for your help!

Fernando
