I need some help about the rejection of the #5960627 photo. Reason: CCW Rotation. I appealed at it, but then rejected with the same reason.
Could you help me how can improve that on that picture?

Here is a cropped portion of the original photo, I see no rotation, it is correct?

Level is not necessarily judged technically, rather by how the image appears to one's eye. If you'd like our input and help on that, please post the image you uploaded.

Kaphias, thanks for your answer, I think you have a point here. The photo seems to be slightly unleveled as first sensation although the building is completely vertical.

Another point is that vertical alignment is most accurate when it is at the center of the frame. If you are aligning based on say, buildings and/or towers on either the right or left sides of the frame, it may or may not be accurate due to lens distortion which tends to make items at the edges lean in. I typically use a distant horizontal. I find it tends to result in a more pleasing appearance to the eye and most times makes the verticals look aligned as well.. Hope this helps.
