I am confused why the first rejected was soft and nothing say not acceptable or anything else just surprised.
I didnt appeal yet just let you tell me should I appeal or drop it?

Image is visibly blurry all around to the point where it wouldn't be acceptable at any size or with any amount of sharpening. I would personally just drop pit.
